Q. How often should I get my carpets cleaned?
A. At the very least, you should get your carpets cleaned every 18 months, preferably once a year. If your carpet gets a lot of traffic (like a business) then you might want to consider getting them cleaned every one to six months. In high traffic areas, the soil build up can break down your carpet’s fibers if you wait too long.
Q. How soon will I be able to walk on my carpet?
A. Usually you can walk on your carpet two hours after they’ve been cleaned, but you might want to wear white socks for the first 24 hours. Your carpets will still be slightly wet, and the oils from your feet can get embedded in your carpet if you go barefoot.
Q. Why should I hire a professional carpet cleaner instead of vacuuming myself?

A. Scotch Guard creates a layer of protection on the fabric of your carpet, so that dirt, liquids and soils are easier to clean. In effect, it suspends the dirt from becoming engrained in your carpets.
Q. Do I need to move my furniture or you can move it?
A. For regular cleanings, we will move your furniture for you. Our goal is to make the entire process easy for you from beginning to end.
